Bowood House & Gardens (including Adventure Playground and Soft Play Palace) are open daily from 28th March to 4th November 2012.  Tickets allow access to the House, Gardens, Adventure Playground and Soft Play Palace (tickets for individual attractions are not available). Please note that during inclement weather, the Flying Fox (zip wire) and large outdoor slides will be closed, however all other attractions remain unaffected.  There are no reductions/discounts available in poor weather.

Bowood Rhododendron Walks are open from late April to early June, depending on the weather.  The Rhododendron Walks are located on a separate 60 acre woodland garden with access off the A342 between Derry Hill and Sandy Lane.  A combined ticket for the Rhododendron Walks and Bowood House & Gardens is available at a discounted price which can be used either on the same day or split over two visits.

Parking is available free of charge near the main entrance to the House & Gardens.  There is also parking at the Rhododendron Walks.

Bowood welcomes people with disabilities.  However, please note that wheelchair access to remote areas of the park can be limited as there are some paths with fairly steep gradients.  Designated parking is available and wheelchairs can be borrowed, subject to availability.  To book a wheelchair, please call 01249 812102 in advance.

Dogs are not permitted at Bowood House & Gardens, except working assistance dogs.  During the Rhododendron flowering season (late April to early June) well behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the Rhododendron Walks.
